Recently, the RiverDell Patch published an article about a librarian who was leaving her post. Not too weird, until you look at the text of the article itself. Twice, in the title and in the text, the writer of the article puts the word "beloved" in quotations. Seriously, four paragraphs about how awesome this lady is and how the community will miss her, but there seems to be a subtle innuendo that the author is trying to pass on. I think it is possible that the librarian has been holding this community hostage, much like the boy with the mind powers in that Twilight Zone episode "It's a Good Life." This article is nothing more than a cry out to the next library of horrors she will inhabit. THE BOOKS ARE MADE OF PEOPLE!!!
Update: We hope Laura Grunwerg has a wonderful future as a "beloved" librarian. She has a wonderful future in the field and helpsheshereinmyheadsomehowinmyheadsomeonehe-
