Harriet the Spy, the espionage adventures of a small girl, turns 50 this year. Random House books celebrated in February with a special edition of the book. Along for the ride is the The Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art, who will be hosting an exhibit featuring the Louise Fitzhugh creation. The exhibit, currently at the Forbes Galleries in New York, will be at the museum from May to November.
I dare you to watch the trailer and not get a little weirded out when you hear "I want to see the whole world and I want to write down everything!" Put that to a serial killer soundtrack and it becomes super scary.
